MICROWAVE POACHED FISH FILLETS 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice or white wine
1/4 c. slivered almonds

In glass dish microwave butter and almonds on high for approximately 5 minutes (until light brown). Remove almonds and add lemon juice to butter. Turn fillets over to coat. Cover dish with plastic wrap. Microwave 5 minutes on high. Uncover. Sprinkle almonds and Parmesan cheese over fish. Microwave 1 minute more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
