ZERO CHOLESTEROL HOLLANDAISE SAUCE | |
1/3 c. egg substitute (i.e., Egg Beaters, etc.) 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Pinch of cayenne pepper 1/3 c. margarine Put egg substitute, lemon juice and cayenne pepper into blender or food processor. Blend. Put margarine in 1 cup glass measure. Cover and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes until boiling. Turn on blender and pour butter through lid. Sauce should thicken slightly. To reheat sauce, microwave for 10 seconds. |
