VEGGIES IN MOCK HOLLANDAISE
SAUCE
 
SAUCE:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash salt & pepper

Blend well. In greased baking dish, layer cracker crumbs and dot with butter; 1 package drained, frozen vegetables (or equivalent amount of fresh cut vegetables). Pour sauce over the vegetables and then cover with cracker crumbs. Do with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until bubbly. For crunchy vegetables, microwave instead of baking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
