HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans hominy, drained (1/2 white & 1/2 yellow)
1 carton sour cream
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped (I only use 1/2 can)
1 sm. jar pimiento

Mix all ingredients together, saving 1/2 the cheese for the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
