1 pt. frozen strawberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
8" or 9" pie shell

Mix whipping cream and set aside. Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until stiff. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell and freeze.
