MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE | |
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries 1 c. sugar 2 egg whites 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 sm. carton whipped topping 2 (9 in.) crumb crust pie shells Combine thawed berries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt. Put this in a large mixer bowl, and whip for 15 minutes. Add vanilla; fold whipped topping into mixture. Put into pie shells. Freeze. Top with more berries, if desired. |
