TEXAS YUM YUM CAKE 
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

FIRST LAYER: Mix melted butter, flour and 1 cup nuts. Mash down to cover bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees; let cool.

SECOND LAYER: Combine 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 6 ounces Cool Whip. Spread over cooled first layer.

THIRD LAYER: mix vanilla and chocolate pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER: Top with remaining 6 ounces Cool Whip, then sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup nuts and/or shaved chocolate.
