SWEDISH PINEAPPLE YUM CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
20 oz. can undrained crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts, save 3/4 cup to sprinkle on top

Mix together dry ingredients. Add eggs, vanilla and pineapple. Fold in 3/4 cup nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
2 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice or vanilla

Spread icing while slightly warm. Sprinkle 3/4 cup chopped nuts on top. Keep refrigerated.
