TINA'S HEAVENLY HASH | |
2 (16 oz.) cans Dole crushed pineapple 1 lg. container Cool Whip lite 3/4 box Imperial powdered sugar 6 eggs 1 stick butter 1 box Keebler's vanilla wafers In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, butter and 3/4 box of powdered sugar. Beat at high speed. In a rectangular container, 14x16 inches, greased, line with finely crushed vanilla wafers. Pour above mixture on top of crushed wafers. Reserve few crumbs. Pour drained pineapple on top of mixture. Top with Cool Whip and top topping with few remaining crumbs. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until frozen. Serves 10 to 12. |
