SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. sausage
20 pieces pepperoni, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1 or 2 eggs
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. basket cheese, shredded
1 lb. Provolone cheese, shredded

Fry sausage and pepperoni with parsley; drain grease. Add eggs and mix with spoon. Grease cookie sheet with Crisco. Thaw 1 loaf frozen bread at room temperature. Spread on cookie sheet. Let set 1 hour. Cut lengthwise in center, make 2 rolls. Put desired amount of filling in center of dough, sprinkle with all 3 cheeses, roll tightly and tuck ends. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
