POTATO - HAM CASSEROLE 
4 lg. red or white potatoes
1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 c. diced ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Parboil peeled potatoes. Drain potatoes, cube and place into well buttered casserole dish. Mix in remaining ingredients. Place in 325 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
