BEEF MUSHROOM BUNS | |
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 2 tbsp. dried chopped onion 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Let frozen bread thaw until pliable. Cook ground beef until well browned; drain. Add soup, mushrooms, onions and Worcestershire sauce to beef. Cut loaf of bread dough crosswise into 8 slices. Using a little flour on board and rolling pin, pat and roll dough pieces out to 5" diameter. Place filling in center of dough circles. Pull all dough edges to center and pinch tightly together to seal filling in. Place buns smooth side up on a greased baking sheet. Using a sharp knife make a large cut on top of each bun for a steam vent. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake buns for 35 minutes or until well browned. |
