PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper

Thaw bread dough and let rise until double in thickness. Roll dough onto unfloured surface, beat egg and brush mixture over dough. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of egg and dough. Apply pepperoni, covering all the dough. Sprinkle pepper over dough. Roll dough up into a jelly roll fashion. Cover and put into warm place and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
