PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pepperoni slices
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. canned, sliced mushrooms
1 c. pepper slices

Thaw bread according to directions on package. Spread dough into large triangle on greased cookie sheet. Make an egg wash by mixing egg and seasonings; spread half of egg wash on dough almost to the edges. Layer pepperoni slices down center third of the bread. Sprinkle with cheese, mushrooms and peppers. Fold bread dough over filling, one third, then the next third. Pinch the seam and flip over so that the seam side is down. Spread remaining egg wash over outside of loaf. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
