DO-AHEAD HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Mix all together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
