DO-AHEAD MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
10 lg. potatoes, cooked and mashed
8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Optional: chives, paprika, butter

Combine all ingredients except paprika and butter; beat until fluffy. Place in a greased casserole, top with butter and paprika and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes to heat thoroughly. Serves 10 to 12.
