“RED PEPPER CHEESE DIP” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  ROASTED SALSA

RED PEPPER CHEESE DIP 
2 tbsp. olive oil
4-6 large red peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
crackers and/or pita bread
feta cheese, crumbled

Pour oil into slow cooker. Stir in peppers. Cover. Cook on LOW for 2 hours.

Serve on crackers or pita bread, topped with feta cheese.
