RED PEPPER CHEESE DIP | |
2 tbsp. olive oil 4-6 large red peppers, cut into 1-inch squares crackers and/or pita bread feta cheese, crumbled Pour oil into slow cooker. Stir in peppers. Cover. Cook on LOW for 2 hours. Serve on crackers or pita bread, topped with feta cheese. Submitted by: Judy Brannock |
