ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE | |
1 c. celery, chopped fine 1 c. onion 1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine Melt 1 stick of butter and saute' about.... Drain 2 cans of LeSeur's English peas, 1 can water chestnuts (sliced), and 1 small jar of pimento. Combine with above mixture in casserole dish. Add 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
