1 (#2) can shoe peg corn
3 celery ribs, diced
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 med. jar pimentos
1 med. bell pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
7 Seas Italian dressing

Drain corn; mix all together. Add dressing to coat well; put into pretty glass bowl and chill before serving.
