2 pkgs. lemon Jello
4 c. hot water
2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. horseradish sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can corn beef
3 tbsp. green pepper or pimento

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Beat in mayonnaise and horseradish. Let cool. Add minced corn beef, celery, onion and pepper.
