CORN BEEF SALAD 
2 c. beef bouillon
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. minced onion
3 hard-cooked eggs
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add cream cheese and bouillon and cool. Add mayonnaise and blend in rest of ingredients including corned beef which has been cubed. Pour into a mold or 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill.
