COOKIES AND CREAM PIE 
1 c. half and half or light cream
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. crushed fudge sandwich cookies
1 chocolate pie crust

Pour cream into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and cookies. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
