COOKIE CHIP CHOCOLATES 
4 c. broken med.-size sugar cookies
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Break cookies into small pieces in a large bowl; set aside. Place chocolate morsels in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until chocolate melts. Pour chocolate over cookie pieces; stir gently to coat. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Chill until firm. Store in a cool place. Yield: about 3 dozen.
