QUICK LUNCHBOX CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. soft butter
1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail with liquid
1/2 c. chopped nut meats
1/2 c. chocolate chips

In a large mixing bowl blend ingredients, then beat for 2 minutes, scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle top with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
