SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix 2 c. sour cream 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. whole herb seasoned croutons 1/2 c. crushed herb seasoned croutons 2 tbsp. butter, melted Cook frozen spinach according to directions on package; then drain. Mix in one quart casserole dish: 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix, 2 cups sour cream, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder and cooked spinach. Top with 1/2 cup whole herbed seasoned croutons and 1/2 cup crushed herb seasoned croutons. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter on top. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
