RED VELVET FROSTING MIX 
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook flour and milk until very thick almost a dough ball. Let get cold. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until very light and fluffy, like whipped cream. Add to first mixture and beat well. It should have the texture of whipped cream. Spread on cooled cake.
