CORN BREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour (may use 1/2 whole wheat flour)
2 tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg

Grease 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together well and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
