FRIED RICE 
4-5 c. rice, cooked
4 eggs
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. scallions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash pepper
1/4 c. chicken broth

Heat 1 tablespoon oil on high and scramble eggs in it. To the remaining 2 tablespoons oil, add rice, salt, sugar, soy sauce and broth. Mix with eggs and stir fry on medium for 3-4 minutes and serve.
