REFRESHING CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 oranges
1 lg. apple or 2 sm. apples
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (6 oz.) pkg. red jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Heat water to boiling. Dissolve jello in boiling water; cool until warm. While jello is cooling, peel oranges. Remove seeds, if necessary. Core apple; chop in food processor. Set aside.

Stir in cranberry sauce, breaking apart any chunks. Add chopped oranges and apple. Pour into a mold or dish. Chill until firm. Unmold to serve. Serves 8.
