CHEESY PUMPKIN SOUP 
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. sweet butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt, optional
2 tsp. dry chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/2 c. shredded white cheese (Muenster, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack or Swiss)
