PEACH CAKE 
Butter cake mix, 4 layer
4 c. peaches
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sour cream

FILLING: Add peaches, water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Then cool completely.

Place a layer of cake on a plate and spread 1/3 of peach filling. Spread 1/3 cup sour cream over filling and add next layer of cake. Repeat then top with 4th layer. Frost top and sides with Cool Whip. Garnish with sliced peaches.
