CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) size Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 1/4 oz.) - (or close) can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. grated green pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
(Last) 1 c. pecans, finely blended - used to cover the cheese balls

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until firm. Then roll into 2 balls, roll in pecans and shape and refrigerate.
