HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken, cooked, or turkey
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. mayonnaise (Weight Watchers)
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated cheese

Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese. Toss lightly. Turn into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with chips and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees 10 minutes. Yields 6 portions.
