SAVORY CHICKEN SQUARES 
4 oz. Weight Watchers cream cheese
5 tsp. butter, melted
10 oz. cubed chicken, cooked
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 tbsp. onion or chives
1 tbsp. pimento
8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 oz. seasoned croutons
3 tsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese and 5 teaspoons butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles and seal perforations. Spoon 1/2 cup of meat mixture onto center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to top and seal. Brush with the 3 teaspoons butter and dip in crouton crumbs. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20- 25 minutes. Enjoy! 4 servings - per serving: 3 proteins, 1 fat, 2 breads, 13 optional calories.
