MEAT LOAF WITH GOLDEN SAUCE 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/3 cup canned pineapple juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Combine ingredients in large bowl, mixing thoroughly with fork. Pack into prepared loaf pan 9x5x2-inches. Bake at 350°F for 90 minutes.

Golden Sauce:

2 cups canned pineapple juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Blend ingredients in saucepan; bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and clears. Pour over hot baked meat loaf.

Makes 8 servings.
