“VEGETARIAN MEAT LOAF” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  VEGETARIAN SLOPPY JOES

VEGETARIAN MEAT LOAF 
1/2 cup cooked basmati rice
1/2 cup cooked wild rice
1 cup ground walnuts
1 cup ground pistachios
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded smoked cheese
4 eggs
1 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1 large chopped caramelized onion
2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp. ground rosemary
1 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Note: Ketchup can either be mixed in batter or spread on top, or both.

Mix all ingredients well.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.

This can be used in Sloppy Joes and various recipes that call for meat.
