FRUIT TART 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. apple jelly
1 tbsp. water
Assorted summer fruit, sliced.

Combine 1/2 package cream cheese and butter until well mixed. Add flour and salt; mix well. Chill. Roll out into 14-inch circle. Place in a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Combine remaining cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice. Fold in whipped whipping cream. Spoon on to crust and smooth. Arrange fruit in circular pattern. Brush with combined jelly and water (may need to warm mixture); chill.
