FRUIT TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 lg. eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip above ingredients together with beater. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of foil cupcake paper and fill about 2/3 full. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Cool and top with various fruit fillings. May add dash of whipped cream of Cool Whip if desired. Makes about 20.
