CRANBERRY-OAT MUFFINS 
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. oatmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh cranberries, crushed
1 c. milk

Cream together sugar, egg, milk, add dry ingredients, mix well, then add cranberries. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees.
