SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb. 8 oz.) lg. can sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 to 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (add juice if desired)
1/4 c. raisins, plumped
1/4 c. broken pecans (or more)
2-3 tbsp. butter, melted
Marshmallows
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind

Mash sweet potatoes until smooth. Combine potatoes with all other ingredients except the marshmallows. Pour into a medium casserole dish and bake in a 350 degree oven until moderately hot. Top with marshmallows and toast until lightly golden.
