3 lg. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar, well packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
Miniature marshmallows

Mash sweet potatoes and add remaining ingredients except for marshmallows. Put in a 2 quart casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Top with the marshmallows the last 10 minutes.
