6 med. sweet potatoes (sliced thin)
4 c. apples (sliced thin)
3 c. mini-marshmallows
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water

In large baking dish make a layer of sweet potatoes, then apples until all apples and potatoes are in a dish. Top with marshmallows.

In a bowl mix salt, sugar and cinnamon together. Pour over marshmallows. Mix cornstarch with water. Stir until smooth. Pour over casserole. Dot top with butter. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
