2 c. yellow hominy
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 or 3 chopped jalapeno peppers
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper

Place in buttered baking dish and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
