1 onion, chopped 3/4 stick butter 2 cans hominy 8-oz. jar jalapeno Cheez whiz 1 can cream of mushroom soup Crushed Fritos Sauté onions in butter. Do not brown. Mix ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed Fritos. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. | |
