HOMINY CASSEROLE 
1 (30 oz.) can hominy, drained
2 tbsp. butter or oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Soft bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cook onion, green pepper, and celery in oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add soup and milk. Stir until smooth. Add cheese and seasonings. Pour in 1 1/2 quart casserole which has been well greased. Tear 1 or 2 slices of bread into small pieces to make soft crumbs. Top casserole with crumbs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
