HOMINY - SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. link pork sausage 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 (1 lb.) cans hominy, rinsed & drained 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. milk 1/8 tsp. pepper Lightly brown meat. Remove and set aside. Remove meat and cook onion in sausage grease with the pepper, until tender; stirring. Combine all the ingredients and put into a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Can be frozen before baking. |
