3 c. zucchini (unpeeled, thinly sliced)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Garlic salt to taste or garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Beat eggs. Add all ingredients. Blend. Add zucchini last. Pour into greased 7 1/2 x 11 x 3/4 inch glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into small squares. Serve warm. May be frozen.
