ZUCCHINI APPETIZERS 
Here's a great way to use up all that extra zucchini from the garden!

3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (Crazy Salt)
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9"x2" oblong pan. Mix ingredients together. Spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, approximately 25 minutes. Cut into 2"x1" pieces. Makes 4 dozen.
