3 c. thinly sliced zucchini, (not peeled)
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown. Cut into pieces 2 x 1. Makes 4 dozen.
