3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease oblong pan 13x9x2 inch. Mix well all ingredients, spread in pan. Bake until golden brown for 25 minutes. Cut into piece about 2x1 inch. Makes 4 dozen.
